A Follow Up on PO'd at Smoking Neighbor

After leaving a note for the smoking neighbor, it seems her frequency of smoking on the porch as decreased! (See the original post here)

And yesterday, as I pulled out of my garage, I think I saw her sitting in her garage, smoking. Which is on the opposite side of the building and no where near our windows... but it'd under other peoples' balconies. So at least she's changing it up!

Who knows. If we really notice a difference I may just drop her some cookies on her door step!
